1. CYPRESS FALLS PET RESORT shall exercise reasonable care to maintain a clean, safe and secure environment for the dog(s) while in our care. The pet(s) shall be fed properly and regularly, and shall be housed in its own quarters as needed and shall not be allowed off premises without the consent of Owner.
2. A 50% deposit is required at check in.
3. It is mutually agreed and hereby understood that CYPRESS FALLS PET RESORT shall be held harmless for the injury or death of pet(s) in training due to natural causes, theft, escape or unforeseen circumstances outside of reasonable control while within our care.
4. Owner must notify CYPRESS FALLS PET RESORT of any medical conditions or procedures that could prohibit proper care of pet(s) while in the care of training facility.
5. All pet(s) must be up-to-date on all vaccines, including bordetella, rabies, and DHPP. Official updated vaccination records must be provided prior to arrival at training facility.

The success of our training depends on owner's willingness to follow the advice of the trainer and proper reinforcement at home.

EMERGENCY: In the event of an emergency and at Owner's expense CYPRESS FALLS PET RESORT will first attempt to contact the owner, followed by an attempt to contact the veterinarian listed above. If these attempts are unsuccessful, staff will contact emergency veterinarian of CYPRESS FALLS PET RESORT.

Basic or advanced obedience training beginning age 4 months and older for 6 weeks, 1 hour each week.
